History: William "Billy" Naylor was a minor child actor before he joined Our Gang, and appeared in a handful of films afterward. As an adult he worked at the Warner Brothers Studio as a casting director and sound effects editor. His family described him as a very private person who never talked about his film career. At 18, he was the youngest actor to ever join the Screen Actors Guild, and after he stopped acting, he continued to work as a casting director and sound effects editor. He was preceded in death by his wife, Valena Bailey, when he died at the age of 95 on October 5, 2011 at the Royal Palm Skilled Nursing Facility in Vero Beach, Florida. His passing in the newspaper was incorrectly identified as the death of the "Our Gang" stars. He is survived by fellow Rascals Richard Moore, Jerry Tucker, Jean Darling, Leonard Landy, Mildred Kornman, Jackie Lynn Taylor, Robert Blake, Sidney Kibrick, Betty Jane Beard, Peggy Ahern and Patsy Mae Dittemore.
