Tubby

Tubby is a rarely seen resident of Greenpoint. When the gang goes swimming in a small swimming hole in Fightin' Fools, they goad him into diving in. When he does, he splashes nearly all the water out, ending the excursion. The gang then finds that the Third Street Bunch has tied their clothes into knots, and the gang subsequently declares war on their rivals. Tubby uses his wieght to jump off a ladder onto a catapult that launches objects such as watermelons onto the enemy, eventually contributing to the gang's victory. Tubby was played by actor Joe Strauch Jr.
