The Third Ward Sunshine Spredders Club is not so much a club but Alfalfa's plan to get inside Greenpoint Community Hospital to see Darla Hood while she's recovering from a tonsilectomy. Unfortunately, Alfalfa gets confused with Sonny Bupp trying to escape surgery and the rest of the gang gets added into the conumdrum, ending with everyone getting sick from over-eating.
