Simon Sleazy is a local landlord in Greenpoint. He owns the Hoskins Residence where Farina, Mango, and their mother live. When the two hundred dollar rent comes due and the family is short on funds, Farina and the gang decide to drill for oil to raise the money. Sleazy is surprised to discover they have struck oil and hurriedly forks over $50,000 for the ground and mineral rights, little suspecting that the oil the Rascals have tapped is the oil pipeline of the neighbor.
