History: Sherwood V. Bailey Jr. was discovered by Harold Lloyd and referred to Hal Roach as an addition to Our Gang. Following his Rascals experience, he starred in a few movies before completely leaving the business in 1976. As an adult, he ran his own successful engineering firm in Huntington Beach, California where his wife served two terms as mayor. He passed away at the age of sixty-four on said birthday from cancer.
