Professor Ventriloko is a ventroliquist who has an appointment at Mammoth Studios the day the gang brings their dog Rover in for a screen test. Ventriloko throws his voice to make it appear the dog is talking ("And I'm Rover!") when the gang arrives. When they meet again after the failed screen test, Froggy tries to throw his voice to make it appear that Rover is responding to Ventriloko.
Professor Ventriloko was played by Hugh McCormick.
