Philbrook Lyons is the beanie-wearing peripheral Rascal who follows Wally Albright and Stymie Beard around on adventures. His home is at Happy Home Orphanage in Shrimps For A Day where Mr. Crutch gives him skimpy meals, poor clothes and no toys. After the orphanage is straightened up by Mary Wade and Dick, Philbrook gets to go camping with Wally and Stymie at Cherry Creek in The First Round-Up and let Algebra loose in Wally's House in Honky Donkey. He also witnesses Wally and Stymie briefly letting go of Pete to Kibrick Toys And Novelties in For Pete's Sake.
