Mrs. Pennington Van Rensselaer is a member of Greenpoint high society, possibly including the ladies in the Maids Of Olympia. She is assisted by a staff of servants including a secretary, chauffeur, butler and possibly a cook. (The cook mentioned in the short actually appears in a roadside eatery.) Her idea of sponsoring a childrens's outing at her country estate, The Oaks, runs along the same line of Amanda Schultz along with the kids staging an unforgivable invasion of her house in The Oaks, which could well be in the neighborhood of the Newman Residence and J. William McAllister, leaving it devastated.
