Mr. Alonzo K. Pratt is the hatchet-faced chairman of the Greenpoint School Board. He fires Miss Pipps for celebrating Mickey Gubitosi's birthday at school, but Spanky fixes things with a play that gets him demoted to gardener.
Mr. Pratt was played by Clarence Wilson, Mr. Crutch from Shrimps For A Day.
