Mr. Brown

Mr. Brown is the next-door neighbor of Wheezer's stepmother and her son, Sherwood. He raises chickens, and when Sherwood's dog, Nero, kills one of them, Sherwood pins the crime on Wheezer's dog, Pete. Mr. Brown goes shooting for Pete in his barn, attracting the police and getting Pete picked up by the Greenpoint Dog Pound.
Mr. Brown was played by Billy Gilbert.
