Mr. Brown is an accountant at the Greenpoint National Bank. He handles Old Cap's pension and gets caught in a battle of wills and logic over the phone with Spanky McFarland at Bleak Hill Boarding School.
Mr. Brown was played by comedian James Finlayson.
