Mayor Bradbury is the 1940 to 1941 mayor of Greenpoint. He makes a speech about the fine work the USO is doing in entertaining service men over seas and remind the people of Greenpoint not to forget the soldiers being kept stateside. His speech inspires Uncle Walt to have the kids put on a USO show for Greenpoint's enlisted men.
The actor who plays Mayor Bradbury, who is only heard on the radio, is unidentified.
