The Manhattan Club is an early club, led by Jackie Condon, the "Grand Exhausted Ruler," created by the Rascals out of an old barn to emulate high society. They only initiate Joe Cobb after realizing his father is a police officer. Like their previous club, the Cluck Cluck Klams, this club is broken up by a criminal, namely Blow-'em-up Baker, trying to use the barn as a hideout.
