The Man-Eating Tiger-Cubs of Wildcat Alley is a gang of street toughs and bullies. They came up with their name themselves. The gang runs across them in Wildcat Alley and they engage in a tomato and trash throwing melee. Ironically, Officer McManus busts the Little Rascals for the fight.
