History: Not much is known about Artye Folz. She appeared in some Hollywood films during the 1920's and 1960's, mostly having bit parts. Her earliest known film work was as "Saucy Susie" in the McDougall Alley Kids series, a rival to Our Gang. Ironically, Artye would later have minor roles in a few Our Gang comedies during the 1930's. She attended Lawlor Professional School in Hollywood, California, and became a class officer during her 1936 senior year.
She died on November 18, 1969 in Bellflower, California.
