Biography[]
The Junior Police Squad was founded by the Rascals on the encouragement of Officer Mac to show their pride and faith in the Greenpoint Police Department, but as usual, the gang took the concept to exaggerated limits. Under the instructions of "keeping law and order, and making people happy," they converted an empty buiding into a jail, Jackie got himself a scooter to use as a police motorcycle and the rest of them rode around in the back of their own pint-sized paddy wagon looking for kids breaking the law.
