The Junior Fire Squad 2 Fleet is the possible creation of the Junior Fire Squad 2, although it's not known just who in the group had a particular hand in the creation of which conveyances. It consists of four animal-powered vehicles. Joe Cobb drives the first, the "Fire Chief" go-cart, which is powered by the dog Pal. Joe has Mildred put on board since he has to give her medicine at regular intervals, and Bonedust hangs onto the back, though he falls once and gets dragged behind with his foot caught in a rope. The second vehicle, with "Fire Co. No 2" on the side, is driven by Jackie Condon and pulled by a pair of goats named "Violet" and "Sweet William." The third, with "Enjine-Comp. No. 2" on the side, carries the boiler tank, possibly passed down from the Goat Alley Fire Department and passed on to Junior Fire Squad 3, and has very wobbly wheels. It is driven by Johnny Downs guiding a mule named "Humidor" with Mary Kornman alongside in front. The fourth vehicle is the hook and ladder cart and is powered by a small mule or donkey named "Cuspidor."
