Bio[]
Jackie Williams is one of the neighborhood boys who visit and take care of Grandma Mack. When her son-in-law, Dan, tries to fleece her of some valuable bonds, he joins the other kids from preventing Dan from getting the bonds out of the tail of Chubby Chaney's kite. In the process, Dan loses his expensive pocket watch and Jackie discovers it, smashing it with a rock out of spite. He also attends Dickie Moore's cake party.
