The Greenpoint Flash is a local kiddie newspaper created and edited by Spanky McFarland as "edditer" and the gang in a series of jobs, such as Froggy Laughlin covering "circle-ashun" and Sally Stevens covering the "sas siety deept" with Big Shot Thomas covering the remaining "janitor, coppy boy and asst noosboy" jobs. Spelling issues aside, their main story is trying to track down the mysterious leader of the Gas House Gang, little suspecting that it's Frank, who keeps an eye on their investigations.
