Biography
The Greenpoint Dog Pound is the local animal control agency in Greenpoint assigned the duty of catching strays and controlling the animal population. However, they are constantly running agroud of the Little Rascals, such as Farina, Stymie and Wheezer letting go the dogs they catch.
