Garrett Joplin is part of the tap-dancing team with Junior Kavanaugh at the opening of Spanky McFarland's Our Gang Follies Of 1936. They're possibly classmates of Spanky and Alfalfa from Green Street Grammar School.
Garrett was played by child entertainer Garrett Joplin. This was his only Our Gang appearance.
