Frank Ward is one of the neighborhood kids who join the All-For-One-And-One-For-All Club, sharing much of their griping about how World War Two was affecting their lifestyle in Greenpoint. He's a part of several of the gang's shows including Spanky McFarland's show to raise money for football uniforms, playing a United States Marine in their tribute to the armed forces and the school dance when Froggy Laughlin tries to impress Marilyn. He also grabs Dickie Hall off the street during a small pox scare in Tale Of A Dog.
Frank Ward was played by child actor Frank Lester Ward.
