Mary Ann, Fire Chief Cummings and Jean Darling

Mr. Cummings is the retired fire chief of the Greenpoint Fire Department. He uses his faithful horse, Duke, to run a taxi service, mostly for the Rascals, but when he is in danger of losing his horse, they try to protect his service by sabotaging the competition and even abducting Duke. However, Cummings gets to save Duke with the help of Officer Mulligan.
Fire Chief Cummings was played by Richard Cummings.
