Motor Avenue Business Frontage is a local business in Greenpoint. It's not sure what sort of company they are, but it is possible they are a sign company responsible for creating and posting the advertising business signs across town which are seen often. The company has a sign themselves on a billboard over the vacant lot where the gang holds their Olympic Games.
