Bio

Duke is the horse used to pull Fire Chief Cummings's taxi service. When Cummings starts to lose his business to the Black And Blue Taxi and maybe Duke, Officer Mulligan invests in the service to keep Duke around longer. Along the way, Duke and the gang sabotage the rival's taxicab.
