Dr. Lucas is a local physician and medical specialist called upon by Mrs. Moore to treat Dickie Moore for his stiff neck. Amused by Dickie's otherwise playful attitude, Dr. Lucas just thinks the boy needs some exercise after meeting the over-protective mother, something the boy's father agrees with.
Dr. Lucas was played by actor Wilfred Lucas.
