Dr. Howe

Dr. (Wallace) Howe is a local physician in Greenpoint. Among his patients are Mr. And Mrs. Reddy, and when Imogene gets sick in their care, Howe suspects it might be contagious and quarantines the house with the Rascals inside. When his findings disprove his suspicion, he lifts the quarantine, but by then, the Rascals have overstayed their welcome at the Reddy House, and Mr. Reddy shakes Dr. Howe in anger over the faulty diagnosis.
Dr. Howe was played by actor Wallace Howe.
