Biography[]
The doll maker is a local merchant who lives in Greenpoint making and creating dolls to sell to his customers. Assisted by his wife, he makes dolls that look like Joe Cobb, Jackie Condon, Mickey Daniels and Farina, giving the boys a dollar to split up amongst themselves. Four of the dolls end up in the possession of Mary Kornman and lead to her becoming friends of the real boys.
The Doll-Maker is played by Charley Young. His wife is played by Helen Gilmore.
