Dickie Hall in Election Daze
Bio[]
Dickie "Happy" Hall is one of the neighborhood kids who join the All-4-One Club with Mickey Gubitosi as club president, but when Froggy Laughlin decides to run against Mickey as president, Dickie is quick to heckle Froggy during his speech. He also becomes Froggy's "sargint-at-arms," wearing a hat that reads "Me Too" next to Buckwheat Thomas as Mickey's "sargint-at-arms." Although mostly an ensemble character, he gets grabbed up by Frank Ward in Tale Of A Dog.
