The Short[]
Plot: Alfalfa is being visited by his refined and cultured Cousin Wilbur, and his mother recommends that he go introduce him to the gang. When Wilbur encounters the gang's All-4-One Club, he discovers the group has no incentive to gain more members and encourages them to offer accident insurance. Kids pay two cent dues to qualify for 1c insurance for a busted nose or 2c insurance for a black eye. One kid tries to collect for a "black eye," which was shoe polish. Before long, Butch and The Woim decide to put the club out of business by punching out every club member and forcing Spanky and Alfalfa to pay out their entire club treasury. Alfalfa blames Wilbur for the fiasco and sends him home, but on the way, Wilbur himself runs into Butch and the Woim. Within a few seconds, Butch and the Woim are pleading for insurance from Spanky and Alfalfa to protect them from Wilbur, who gave the bullies a sound and thorough shellacking!

Notes/Trivia:
- Cousin Wilbur is played by Scott Beckett, who has not been seen in Our Gang for over five years since his last appearance in Our Gang Follies Of 1936. (Incredibly, Spanky never once notices Wilbur's resemblence to his childhood buddy, Scotty!)
- Cousin Wilbur is possibly the son of Alfalfa's Aunt Penelope.
