Percival "Percy" Kelly is the son of Kate Kelly, the maternal aunt of Mickey Daniels. Described as despicable and ornery, the bratty rich kid lives with a butler and chauffeur and typically dresses like Little Lord Fauntleroy, probably explaining his personality. When Mickey's friends invade his mother's home to visit Mickey, he ends up hiding in the icebox in the kitchen, but it's also possible Mickey's friends might have put him in there.
Cousin Percy greatly resembles Jackie, Adelbert Wallingford and Roosevelt Pershing Smith. They were all played by Jackie Condon.
Cousin Percy is not to be confused with Percy The Messenger, Percy Smith or Percy the boyfriend.
