The Short[]

Plot: Joe Cobb, Harry Spear and Farina are racing their dog-powered vehicles through the streets when a lady from the humane society chides them for their seeming cruelty to the dogs. The boys pass on their knowledge to the others, but Wheezer isn't convinced until he has a vivid daydream where he is judged over by animals for his cruelty to animals. When he wakes, he has a change of heart, releasing the animals from the dogcatcher, the poultry market, an experimental lab and the dogcatcher again. In the end, the entire town is overrun by all sorts of animals.
